BeaYOUtiful is inspiring the females of the future to be strong, fearless leaders. Founded in 2013, the core of the BeaYOUtiful Foundation  is to encourage  young girls to recognize their self-worth by instilling confidence in them through mentorship and education. By doing this, we hope to build a generation of young women that are prepared to follow their goals and dreams.

Girls ages 8 -10 are invited to a day of self-esteem building through mentorship, inspiring stories and creative activities!

Join the BeaYOUtiful team as they navigate valuable discussions on leadership and self-esteem building. What does leadership look like? Why is it important? What impacts our self-esteem? How do we ignore the outside noise and overcome obstacles that come with our day to day that affect our well being and the way we think about ourselves?Building confidence and self-esteem is a life long journey and we want to provide you with tools to better equip you when you come across situations that make you question your self-worth. Attendees will hear from inspiring guest speakers, engage in impactful dialogue and partake in several activities in this empowering session all while enjoying some sweet treats and popcorn!Come to this self-love party with us!**Please note that no adult chaperones are able to stay in the room during the workshop AND parents/guardians will be required to walk their athlete to the door to sign-in and must return to sign them out.**___________________________________________________As a Canadian Charitable Organization, the purpose of the BeaYOUtiful Foundation is to advance health and youth education by providing self-esteem and confidence-building classes.
