Speaker:Former paramedic from rural East Central Alberta, B Adair (they/them) is an accomplished equity, diversity, &amp; inclusion (EDI) speaker, educator, and facilitator. Through their company, Just B Diversity &amp; Inclusion Consulting, B takes pride in providing 'Brave Spaces' where folks of all backgrounds can learn and ask questions comfortably without fear of guilt or shame. B shares their lived experience as a queer, neurodivergent, transgender human with disabilities, their sense of humour, and passion for person-centred inclusivity to increase knowledge and improve EDI practices with organizations across the country.In their spare time, B loves gardening, beachcombing, rockhounding, camping, and anything else in the sunny fresh air. B is happily married to their partner Alix and lives in the middle of the forest in rural southwest Nova Scotia with their menagerie of rescued creatures.
