What chocolate and ingredients are used during the workshop?

All chocolate is cane sugar-free, vegan, ethical, soy-free and gluten-free. At the Good Chocolatier, not only are your taste buds happy, but you will feel satisfied and nourished after every bite.

Do I need to provide information about allergies or dietary restrictions when registering.

Accepted Answer

Yes, it is mandatory in inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when registering for the event.  If you haven't done so, we will inquire on the day of the event to ensure we avoid serving you any allergens in your food.

Question 3

Do I get the refund for the ticket, if I can't attend the event?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, due to recent policies updates on the Eventbrite platform, we are not able to provide a refund in case you are not able to attend the event. WE apologize for any inconveninece.

Question 4

What I become sick prior to or on the event date?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, you cannot attend if you have symptoms of COVID-19 or any other contagious virus.

Question 5

Do you provide transportation?

Accepted Answer

Please note that transportation will not be provided on the day of the event. The closest Skytrain station to the meeting spot is Stadium-Chinatown on the Expo Line. Our staff will meet you at the designated meeting point approximately 45 minutes prior to the event and guide you to the venue.

Can I buy more than one ticket?

No. Only one ticket per student please. Duplicated purchases will be automatically cancelled.

Is there a registration fee?

Accepted Answer

The regular price for this workshop is $110 per person. KPU International has subsidized this event for our students, reducing the price to $15 per person.

Feel free to email us at intlstudentlife@kpu.ca anytime before the event date. In case you require assistance on the day of the event, we will provide all members with the phone number a few days prior to the event.
