IDEAS 2024, in partnership with the Association for New Canadians, is a one day free event designed to provide opportunities for participants to learn of the long term benefits of immigration and workplace diversity. Targeting employers, it will feature keynote speakers and guest panelists who will share seminal research, best practices and challenges around making both the province and the workplace more diverse and inclusive. Building on the momentum of previous summits, it will offer perspectives for businesses and other stakeholders from which they can grow their efforts to recruit and retain talented workers through more inclusive practices and how to better support inclusivity in a diverse workplace.
