The Effie Arts Collective is Kamloops’ newest event venue offering a place for the community to gather together and experience “Collective Effervescence” – a sociological phenomenon where members of an audience experience the same feeling at the same time while watching a live performance like a comedy show, concert, or play.The Effie is an Assembly Hall available for local companies and individuals  to rent for events and gatherings.422 Tranquille Rd

Jamie Charest has performed at every major comedy club in Western Canada. His self observational stand up comedy has been featured on CBC Radio, and he has made several T.V. and movie appearances. He has shared the stage with Tom Green, Tom Segura and Steve O from Jackass. Doors 7:30, Comedy 8pm - 422 Tranquille Rd
