Is the venue accessible?

Accepted Answer

Yes! An accessibility audit on the venue was completed and approved by Accessible by Design. There is also wheelchair access to the venue along with designated accessibility parking, and a quiet sensory room for those that need it. For additional accessibility questions, please contact our team.

Question 2

Will food and refreshments be provided at the event? What if I have dietary restrictions?

Accepted Answer

Breakfast and lunch will be provided, along with coffee/tea, water, and juices throughout the event. When you complete your registration, you can let us know of any dietary restrictions you have and we will ensure that there will be options for you to eat!

Question 3

What are your transportation options from getting to and from the event?

Accepted Answer

1) Drive your car or carpool. Free parking is available at the venue.
2) Organize DATS to drop you off and pick you up at the location. The venue is within city limits.
3) Contact us if you would like to access the shuttle bus running from Gateway Association Office to Northeast River Valley Park.
