What are the parking arrangements and directions?

Nook is located in Richmond BC at 8711 Alexandra Rd.

Is there parking available?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there is parking. Enter through the parking lot entrance. You will see an iPad located beside the elevator where you can validate your license plate which allows  to park for free for 6 hrs, with an option to re-enter for an additional 6 hrs. This only applies to the venue's parking lot.

What are the accommodation arrangements?

For out of town guest, there are a number of hotel available near by. La Quinta by Wyndham Vancouver Airport and Grand Park Hotel Vancouver Airport are the two closest ones.

What food will be served at the event?

Light lunch and happy hour appetizers will be served. There will vegan/vegetarian options.

Are tickets refundable?

No tickets are not refundable unless event cancelled by the hosts.
