<p>Chef Brian Tesolin will welcome Chefs Justin Leboe and David Ryc from Banff’s <a href="https://www.lupobanff.com/" title="https://www.lupobanff.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">LUPO Ristorante Italiano</a>. The LUPO team has achieved numerous, impressive accolades including #6 Best New Restaurant in <a href="https://canadas100best.com/best-restaurants-2023-best-new-restaurants/" title="https://canadas100best.com/best-restaurants-2023-best-new-restaurants/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Canada’s 100 Best</a> following its opening last year. The collaborative tasting menu will reflect the chefs' history with nostalgic elements and their shared passion for hand-made pasta and seasonal produce. </p>
