Two day BMX skills camp provided by Ken Cools, a Level 4 NCCP/Chartered Professional CoachDetails:All participants must have Sask Cycling Association or equivalent provincial membership. June 13 -14, 10:00 – 15:00 instruction each day (10hrs total instruction time)Also includes a parent/coach workshop on Friday June 12 from 5:30-8$150 fee + admin fees (approx $5.50)Rain out weekend will be June 20 – 21 No refund will be given for those who cannot attend the rain out date if it is needed – Every effort will be made to have the track ready for the June 13 weekend10:1 Coach to rider ratioInstruction will be provided for beginner to advanced riders on the following skillsSkills on track – pumping, manualing and jumpingGatesTurnsMental Toughness SkillsTactical, Technical, Physiological and Psychological components of racingRace day prepTraining on and off the track
