Helen has been teaching yoga since 2013 and loves create a warm and welcoming environment for all of her students. Having first found yoga at a difficult time in her life, Helen quickly realized that the benfits of this practice go far beyond the physical. She loves being a teacher and is so excited to share this beautiful practice with anyone who wants to pull up a mat.

In this fat positive online discussion series, Helen Camisa (Fat+Happy Yoga) will introduce a monthly topic and share how it can support you in your body acceptance journey. There will be space for sharing, discussion and questions. May Topic: Treating yourself and your body with love, respect and kindness. Where do we begin?
