Where do I park?

Park in the parking lot of Winderberry Garden Centre. Parking is limited so please arrive with other members of your group. If our parking lot is full please park in the Hopkins Harvest Parking lot. Walk through the vacant gas station and along the dirt path beside the Greenhouse. Stay off the HWY.

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

For Individual bookings you need to cancel 48 hours in advance to receive 100% refund. If you cancel within 48 hours of tour then we only refund 50%. For Group bookings you must cancel 7 days prior to the experience for 100% refund. Cancel within a week leading up to event and receive 50% refund

Is the tour accessible?

Our farm is not on even ground and we are walking through some Greenhouses with narrow path ways. Please contact directly to discuss your accessible needs.

Can we book a specialty meal with the tour?

Yes you can request a special menu for your experience with us. Please contact us directly to speak with our chef.

What happens in bad weather?

Accepted Answer

Generally speaking we offer no refund for bad weather. Dress for the weather (just like farmers do) and we will create a cozy space inside to eat our meal, if needed.
