I'll show you how I photograph interesting subjects around the city. You will learn how to see and compose in a completely different way.
IT'S TIME TO GET CREATIVE!
One of my favourite types of photography, when I'm not shooting professionally, is getting out on the streets and photographing things that catch my eye. In this workshop, you'll join me, and a small group of others, on a photo walk. But, not just any ordinary one.
Before our walk, we will gather at my Studio and I will go over some tips and tricks, as well as composition techniques to try out. I will also briefly go over general camera settings and terminology. If necessary, I will show each and every attendee tips that will instantly up your photography game. (don't worry it will be a small group) You will learn how shoot in Manual mode and also the benefits of other modes as well.
Once on our photo walk, I'll constantly be showing everyone what I look for when composing, how to use angles, using depth of field to your advantage and how to properly expose, as well as many other techniques. I'll show you some of my favourite spots in the area, I'll also teach you how to see everyday things differently.
Whatever camera you would like to bring is completely up to you. I recommend a mirrorless or DLSR camera but if all you have is a phone, then that is completely fine! As a bonus, I'll have a few of my cameras on hand for people to explore, if interested.
Time permitting, we can definitely stop somewhere for a warm drink!
But wait there is much more!
