Join our volunteer naturalists on outings within and beyond the Calgary. Everyone is welcome! Field trips are held throughout the year and visit parks, natural areas and wildlands within the city, prairies, foothills, and mountains around Calgary.

This forested area is home to many birds. It&#x27;s also great for practicing birding by song as many of the birds are first (and sometimes only) heard. This walk is easy and the group will stay on paved pathways and mulched pathways. Children are welcome to join. This is a longer walk than most and is approximately 7km round trip, there are no hills.Please meet in the Griffith Woods Parking Lot: https://goo.gl/maps/9JCcGy5z5cNosfb47Binoculars are available for those who need them.
