Do you want to learn Qigong and to work with energy? Join me every week to cultivate and learn to work with Qi

Aya Aum Qigong Aya Aum Qigong utilizes medical and alchemical Qigong to help individuals to learn the art and science of cultivating and working with Qi. Cultivating Qi involves breathing practices and standing meditation. When the Qi has been cultuivated, we then move into forms and energy healing practices. Meditation and standing practice is not easy, but it offers holistic benifit for your emotions, your physical body, and mind. The discipline you develop in practice will ripple for weeks. Master your mind, and life unfolds the way you want it. This practices teaches you to be in charge of your state. It creates resilience. It clears blockages. If your willing to put in the work, your efforts will be rewarded. Location:ZoomTime: 7:30 am - 8:30 am PST Please note: There is inherent risk to any kind of exercise even if practiced properly, if you have any medical conditions that prevent you from practicing exercise this class is not right for you.
