Whether you’re newly separated, have been divorced for years, or anywhere in between, this is a nurturing, compassionate, and understanding space for you to breathe, reflect, and connect with your inner wisdom.What to expect:<ul><li>grounding meditation</li><li>guided journaling for deep inner reflection</li><li>creating intentions to get you moving towards your dreams/goals</li><li>meaningful conversations with other women</li><li>Yoga Nidra session for calming your nervous system and integrating your reflections</li></ul>What to bring:<ul><li>yoga mat (if you don't have one you can use one from the studio)</li><li>thin pillow</li><li>blanket</li><li>eye mask (optional)</li><li>dress in comfortable layers</li><li>journal and pen</li><li>water bottle and/or hot beverage</li></ul>I look forward to welcoming you to this beautiful and serene space. Hi, I’m Vera, and 13 years ago I was fired from my job at the same time as I was going through a divorce. I felt like a complete failure. My life felt purposeless, I was stuck, and I had no idea how to get my life back on track.As challenging as this time in my life was, I’m grateful that it happened because it was the start of me developing tools, resources, and practices that helped me heal my heart, get unstuck, stop feeling like a failure, and find purpose in my work.Today, this is what I’m blessed to help women with.I am passionate about helping women heal their heart, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and discover purpose.
