What is your refund policy?

Clients may cancel their registration for a course at any time.  Refunds will be issued on a pro-rata basis, taking into account the unattended portion of the course.  Refund amount will be calculated based on the percentage of the course duration that remains unused at the time of cancellation.

What are the prerequisites for the course?

Ability to speak, writing and understand English is required.  Access to computer and working Wi-Fi is required.  There are no strict academic prerequisites.  We recommend reviewing the course details for specific requirements.

Is there financial support available for the course?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, we do not offer financial support through this program. The fees are paid by the client. If you are receiving Ontario Works or social assistance, please talk to your case worker to see what you may be eligible for.

Question 4

Will I be issued a certificate upon course completion?

Accepted Answer

Yes, participants who successfully complete the course requirements will receive a certificate of completion. This certificate can be a valuable addition to your professional credentials.  All certificates are issued by Skills for Change.

Question 5

Will I be issued a tax receipt upon course completion?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we issue tax receipts for your tax return.  The government could refund you for all or part of the course payment when you file your taxes.

Are there any in-person session in the course?

No, all classes will be held remotely.

Question 7

What kind of support is available for participants?

Accepted Answer

We provide various support channels including email support an, in some cases, live phone support.  Our goal is to ensure that participants have the assistance they need throughout the learning process.

Is installment payment available for the course?

We understand that financial considerations are important.  Unfortunately, we do not offer installment payments for this program. The fees are paid by the client. If you are receiving Ontario Works or social assistance, please talk to your case worker to see what you could be eligible for.
