<p>The Canadian Caribbean Association of Halton (CCAH) invite the community to celebrate the Emancipation Day Proclamation and the grand unveiling of the plaque dedicated to CCAH founder Icilda Bailey and long-time President Veronica Tyrrell. Event held in the CCAH Community &amp; Harmony Garden at the back of the QEPCCC in Oakville.</p><p>Caribbean-inspired refreshments provided by Oakville Fish and Chips.</p>
