Millie's Milestones

Millie’s Milestones, a program co-designed with caregivers and clinicians, is geared at supporting parents and preschool children in the areas of social-emotional regulation, communication, and connection.

<h2>Millie's Milestones is a 4-week program for both caregivers and their preschooler.</h2><p>This program focuses on strengthening connection, co-regulation skills, understanding behaviour, and building a healthy family culture. </p><p>In the KOALA Module, you will learn how to:</p><ul><li>Build a strong connection</li><li>Improve communication</li><li>Gain parenting strategies</li><li>Grow and practice together.</li></ul><p><br></p><h3><strong><strong>KOALA MODULE - Workshop dates and times:</strong></strong></h3><p><br></p><h3><strong><strong>Please Note:</strong></strong> Participants are required to attend ALL 4 weeks. </h3><h3><br></h3><h3>Fall Module 1: 4 Weeks Starting Friday Oct 18/24</h3><ol><li>Friday October 18, 2024 - 9:15am to 11:00am</li><li>Friday October 25, 2024 - 9:15am to 11:00am</li><li>Friday November 1, 2024 - 9:15am to 11:00am</li><li>Friday November 8, 2024 - 9:15am to 11:00am</li></ol><p><br></p>
