Lake Trail Community Education Society is a non-profit society run by a board of community members. Our office is located in Lake Trail Community Middle School where our Community School Coordinator works with staff, students, and community partners.Parents of a Lake Trail Community School student are automatically a member of LTCES.LTCES provides educational, recreational and cultural programs for all children, youth, adults and seniors in the Lake Trail community.The society strives to build community through knowledge sharing, creating opportunities for partnerships and collaboration for shared use of the school. We plan and host community events, community gardening, afterschool, evening and weekend programs for all ages regardless of whether or not you have a student at the school. Learn to play this popular instrument in six weeks.This course covers the basics from how to properly hold the instrument, chords, strumming, read song charts, tablature, vocals and ear training. All done in a fun and encouraging atmosphere with instructor Ruth Rae. Designed for beginners ages 10 to 110! Class runs on Tuesdays, April 21 to May 265:45 to 6:45 $50 / 6There are a limited number of loaner ukulele&#x27;s which can be requested. Otherwise, participants are asked to bring their own.
