At the end of this session you will be able to: Recognize the history of psychedelics as therapeutic agents for mental health conditions; Examine existing evidence on psychedelics for the management of depression, including pharmacological properties and results/limitations of clinical trials to date; Review next steps to advance psychedelics research, inform regulatory processes and engage stakeholders for accurate knowledge dissemination. Facing Issues of Access Head-On with a Shared Care Health Home Model. At the end of this session you will be able to: define the landscape of shared care and the health home models in Canada; identify key features of successful collaborative mental health care in primary care; and develop an approach to improving access to mental health services within this model of care.
