Can I fast if I take medication?

Following your doctor's and phamacist's prescription must be respected and followed. Making simple shifts and following the principles is just as valid as any fast.

How long would I be fasting?

The session goal is for 60 hours and you are welcome to attend and share your experience at all times, even if you have broken your fast.

Will I be eating no food?

We will cover the types of fasts that any one can practice.

What if I find I cannot do it?
