About this event
On Sunday, February 7, please join Silver Linings Foundation on zoom for a very special yoga class and guided meditation practice. Together with our social media sponsor, Wine Women & Well-being’s Lisa Webb and other special guests, we will be shining a light on body- acceptance and self-compassion, in honour of Eating Disorders Awareness Week 2021.
Specifics:
When: Sunday, February 7, from 4:30 to approximately 5:45 pm.
Where: The comfort of your home, via zoom. All registrants will receive the zoom link 24 hours prior.
Speakers:
@winewomenwellbeing Founder, Lisa Webb.
@artistshannonsmith. Shannon is a Calgary-based photographer and champion of body positivity and women’s empowerment.

Silver Linings’, Kristin Pletch will be the event MC.
Tickets are $25 and all proceeds will go towards the Silver Linings Hub’s new Client Resource Library to help our clients access often hard to come by information.
