A very special yoga class and guided meditation practice.

On Sunday, February 7, please join Silver Linings Foundation on zoom for a very special yoga class and guided meditation practice. Together with our social media sponsor, Wine Women &amp; Well-being’s Lisa Webb and other special guests, we will be shining a light on body- acceptance and self-compassion, in honour of Eating Disorders Awareness Week 2021.<h3>Specifics:</h3>When: Sunday, February 7, from 4:30 to approximately 5:45 pm.Where: The comfort of your home, via zoom. All registrants will receive the zoom link 24 hours prior.<h3>Speakers:</h3>@winewomenwellbeing Founder, Lisa Webb.@artistshannonsmith. Shannon is a Calgary-based photographer and champion of body positivity and women’s empowerment.The 30-minute restorative yoga practice will be led by @_laurencowley_.
