What is Breathwork?

The long and short of it is this – breathwork is an intentional shift in your breathing pattern to produce a desired shift or outcome in the body – the shift being either physical, mental, emotional, or energetic.

Question 2

I’ve never done breathwork before, is that ok?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! You will be guided through the entire experience and Laura will be there to answer any questions that come up. The style of breathing can take some getting used to however, the beauty of breathwork is you are in control of your experience.

Question 3

What if I have underlying health issues?

Accepted Answer

If you have any chronic or acute health issues, please consult a doctor practicing. If you are pregnant, I don’t recommend you practice if breathwork is a new practice for you.
