Adding Missing Middle Housing+Simplifying Regulations - Online Info Session

The City of Vancouver will be hosting an online info session on adding Missing Middle housing and simplifying regulations.

This event is being virtually hosted on the unceded territory of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) peoples.This online session will include a presentation of the refined multiplex concept, as well as the proposed simplification to the RS zones. Following the presentation there will be an online Q&A where you can submit questions to City Staff. Registration will close after Saturday, May 27th. Due to capacity only a limited number of spots are available. More dates may become available if there's significant interest in the session. Note: Staff will not be able to provide advice on site-specific lots until after a Public Hearing.
