May I use my personal smart phone for the course?

Accepted Answer

No.  You must use a desktop, laptop or tablet. A phone is not acceptable and you will be asked to reschedule to another date if you join using a phone.

Question 2

When will I receive my Certificate of Competion of the course?

Accepted Answer

You will receive your certificate of completion via email from msjltraining@gmail.com within 24 hours of completing the course. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder. If you haven't received it after 24 hours, contact us.

Question 3

Is there a rescheduling fee?

Accepted Answer

There is no rescheduling fee if the request is made at least 48 hours before the course start time. A rescheduling fee of $50 will only be charged if the request is made less than 48 hours before the course starts.
