The Cape Breton Regional Chamber of Commerce is so excited to be hosting our sixth annual ADVANTAGE conference on Thursday, April 16 at the Joan Harriss Cruise Pavilion.

We want everyone attending this conference to leave feeling inspired, supported, and empowered to conquer anything they desire. The Cape Breton Regional Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to welcome Clary Ager (she/her) as their keynote speaker for ADVANTAGE 2026!

Clary Ager is an award-winning entrepreneur, business consultant, budding flower farmer and inspirational speaker - celebrated for her joyful essence and creativity in manifesting her biggest dreams. As a community leader in inclusive business practices, Clary excels in guiding personal brands, business and non-profits on how to make their spaces more accessible and inclusive especially for LGBTQ+ and disabled communities. She wholeheartedly believes in the power, purpose and progress our island can make when we create beautiful spaces where all members of our community can thrive. A seasoned business owner at 33, Clary is the founder of Spark Clarity where she helps people move past illness at work, co-founder of Ager Lane Flower Farm and Event Space known to many as Cape Breton’s first Sunflower U-pick, co-founder of Nectar CB non-profit and most recently one of three owners of the hottest spot in Cape Breton this season Audre’s Harbour Nordic Spa all located in beautiful Big Bras d’Or Cape Breton.

General Admission (after Early Bird) - $135 for Chamber Members (Contact the Chamber for the promo code/link if you did not receive it in your email). $150 for Non-Chamber Members.

This year, we're thrilled to be bringing back the ADVANTAGE MARKET, a female-owned vendor's market, in lieu of traditional swag bags. This market is a celebration of entrepreneurship, spotlighting local women entrepreneurs and their products. Attendees of the conference will receive $25 tokens to shop.
