This workshop provides information technology professionals with an understanding of applying the Scrum framework to agile software projects.

(1) An understanding of the Agile methodology, its values and principles

(2) An understanding of the Scrum framework applied to an agile software project

(3) An overview of useful tools that can be used as the project progresses
