This online workshop is designed for information technology professionals seeking to enhance their understanding of the Scrum framework within the context of Agile software development.

Participants will gain practical insights into how Agile values and principles are applied through Scrum to support successful software project delivery.

3. Identify and use common tools that support Agile project work and team collaboration.
