This full-day session is designed as a foundational AI training experience with a primary focus on personal productivity, supporting participants in building confidence and capability in the use of AI to assist with everyday work. It is suitable for mixed audiences, including staff, volunteers, small and medium-sized organizations, and others seeking a comprehensive introduction to AI and its application in day-to-day contexts. The session provides a broad foundation, progressing from core AI concepts through to individual productivity use cases, while also introducing relevant enterprise-level considerations, capacity building, and responsible use. The intent is to support participants in developing a well-rounded understanding of AI that can be applied personally and discussed meaningfully within their organizations. (full module) Recognizing that AI is a rapidly evolving space, this session represents a refreshed version of the original full-day foundation training and is offered as a flexible full-day option for organizations seeking a deeper personal productivity-focused experience within a single session. This session is delivered by Online Business Systems (OBS) now a partner of CGI, out of Winnipeg. OBS helps organizations make sense of AI and apply it in practical, responsible ways.
