Launching AI-Native ARTs Certification
Turn your existing ART into an AI-Native Execution engine. SAFe® ART Leader certification, exam included.
Your Agile Release Train already works. That is exactly what makes this hard.
Launching AI-Native ARTs is a two-day certification course and interactive workshop for the people who actually run a train and now have to evolve it for the speed of AI-driven experimentation and automation. Existing SAFe® organizations already have the
Lean-Agile foundation. The work now is changing what that foundation runs on — and that work happens at the train, not in a strategy deck.
Take this course to find out whether your ART is ready for AI, rather than whether your leadership deck says it is. You will assess your own organization against a built-in readiness tool, apply the 12 critical success factors of AI-Native SAFe, and build a transition plan you can use on Monday — to launch a new AI-Native ART, or to relaunch the one you already have. You will come away knowing where AI accelerates the flow of value, where it quietly creates risk, and what governance has to be in place
before either of those matters.
Attendees learn:
- • How to evaluate AI launch readiness using the built-in assessment tool, and establish a clear, actionable transformation baseline for the enterprise
- • How to apply the 12 critical success factors of AI-Native SAFe to a train that is already running
- • How to build an actionable launch or relaunch plan in two days, not two quarters
- • How roles and the operating model change for AI-driven execution, and where the human stays in the loop
- • How to implement responsible AI safeguards, protect organizational data, and streamline shared technological platforms across teams
- • How to connect cross-team delivery directly to outcome-driven business and customer goals, so returns on AI investment are scalable and repeatable
Launching AI-Native ARTs answers the questions:
- • What actually changes about an ART when it becomes AI-Native?
- • How do I know whether my train is ready — and what do I fix first?
- • Where does AI governance live in a SAFe portfolio, and who owns it?
- • How do we demonstrate a return on AI investment rather than assert one?/
What's included:
- • Two days of live, instructor-led training with an authorised SAFe instructor (SPC/ASPC) — a certification course and a working session, not a recording
- • Digital course workbook and materials
- • One-year access to SAFe® Insider, with unlimited access to the SAFe Framework, SAFe CoPilot, and select SAFe Connect Forums
- • The AI-Native ART Launch Readiness Assessment, used live in class against your own organization
