1. Is this event accessible for individuals with disabilities?

Yes! We strive to make this event as accessible as possible. The venue has accessible parking and pathways. If you have specific accessibility needs, please reach out in advance so we can best accommodate you.

2. Is there a cost to attend?

No! This is a free community event. Donations are welcome to support our partners, but there is no required fee to attend.

Yes! Parking is free and available on-site in the Dillards and Toca/Modera parking lot

4. When is check-in?

Accepted Answer

Check-in begins at 8:30 AM. Please arrive early to set up your space and get settled before we start.

5. Can I register at the event?

We recommend registering in advance to guarantee your spot, but walk-up registrations will be accepted as long as space is available.

6. What should I bring?

A yoga mat, A water bottle, Sun Protection,  Sunscreen/sunglasses (since we will be outdoors), An open heart and mind

7. Will there be food and drinks?

Yes! We will have sampling offerings and hydrating drinks available during Sunshine Hour.

Yes! We are partnering with Yoga Saves, The Phoenix, and Spiritually Fit, who will provide valuable resources and support.

9. Do I have to stay for the entire event, or can I attend just a portion?

You are welcome to attend as much or as little as you would like! While we encourage you to experience the full event, you can drop in for a specific session that interests you and leave whenever you need to. Just be mindful of arriving quietly if a session is already in progress. Times are in the a

Since this is an outdoor event, we will monitor the weather and notify all registered participants of any updates or changes.

No, participation in yoga and Pilates is completely optional! You are welcome to simply enjoy the sound bath, connect with the community, or take advantage of the mental health resources available.
