Align is a winter evening series offering a calm, welcoming space for reflection, gentle movement, and restorative rest.
ALIGN is a structured, embodied mindfulness practice, offered in a carefully crafted series model. It weaves together different modalities to support a deeper relationship with yourself and cultivate a greater sense of peace, presence, and ease.
Each gathering invites you to slow down, tune in, and reconnect — through a guiding theme and teaching, meditation, journaling, shared reflection, and gentle restorative yoga. Together, these elements create a calm, grounded evening experience that supports clarity, connection, and embodied integration.
What an evening includes
Each gathering follows a gentle, supportive flow that may include:
- a brief arrival and grounding
- a guided meditation or contemplative practice
- a shared theme and teaching
- quiet reflection, journaling, or simple internal inquiry
- optional group discussion
- gentle, embodied practice and restorative yoga to integrate the theme
The pace is unhurried, and participation is always invitational.

- yoga mat
- blanket and/or pillow
- journal and pen
- water bottle
What to wear:
Comfortable, cozy clothing that allows you to move freely. Yoga pants, joggers, soft layers, and cozy socks are recommended. Layers are encouraged so you can stay comfortable and warm throughout the session.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Mica is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT® 200) with additional certifications in Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga, as well as certifications in Mindfulness, Intuitive Life Coaching, and Reiki. She has been guiding yoga classes, group programs, and workshops for over five years. Her work has been shaped through more than a decade of personal practice, formal study, mentorship, and lived experience, and continues to evolve through ongoing inquiry and integration.
