Can I buy tickets at the door?

No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the door and must be purchased in advance through our Eventbrite page no later than registration deadline of  February 1, 2026.

Is there a deadline to register?

Registration will close February 1, 2026, but we recommend securing your spot early as this event will sell out and attendance is limited.

Can my company include items in the attendee welcome bags?

What is the dress code for the event?

Smart Casual attire per Terminal City Club’s dress code: collared shirts, blouses, khakis, solid denim (no rips). T-shirts allowed without large logos/slogans. Sports jackets encouraged. All footwear must be clear and smart. Items such as hats, runners, flip flops are not allowed.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Tickets are non-transferable, however name changes are permitted until February 1, 2026.

No. All tickets are final sale and are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided after purchase.

What meals are included with my ticket?

All meals, snacks, and beverages during the scheduled program on February 18 and 19 are included. Dinner on February 17 is an optional, separately ticketed event for those who wish to join.

Will there be photography or video recording?

Yes. By attending, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded for promotional purposes.

Can I update my dietary requirements after registering?

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes. Terminal City Club is wheelchair accessible, offering elevator access for convenience. While ramps may be absent, our commitment to inclusivity ensures a welcoming environment for all guests.

Is parking available?

Yes. Paid parking is available on-site at Impark lot #1210. Upon entry, follow the signs to the Auberge Hotel lobby.
