Join the National Alumni Association as they welcome the Class of 2016 to one of Canada’s most successful alumni networks. This marks the day students become alumni and take their place among the many notable men and women who graduated before them and pave the way for the students who will come after them. As they inch closer to graduation, the students become more and more excited for this new journey. The students can find comfort knowing that the strong connections they have gained while in school will exist long after they leave Wilcox and no matter where they find themselves following graduation, there are Hounds and Hounds everywhere ready to guide them along their journey.
Also joining us this evening is our charismatic emcee, Loren McGinnis'96. Loren is based in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, and is currently working as a freelance journalist and in documentary film production. You may even find him on stage at the odd local comedy night. He has written, produced, reported, filmed and hosted across radio, TV and web platforms.
Our guest speaker is none other than Terry O'Malley, former Notre Dame President and retired Olympian and hockey sensation. In his 23 years at Notre Dame, Terry played an integral role in shaping Notre Dame into school it is today; we are thankful for his willingness to speak to the Class of 2016 as they embark on their new adventure. 
This evening would not be complete without friends and family supporting the soon-to-be-graduates during this important milestone.
