The Ampere Makerspace is a community space for people to create, think, share,and learn. We are focused on supporting digital justice and building gender and racial equity in STEAM by providing access to space, educational workshops, tools, and resources; along with opportunities for mentorship, employment, and production.

Ampere’s Earth Week event celebrates STEAM Innovation for a Sustainable Future.Register your family today to join us in our Lindsay Makerspace on Saturday, April 26 as Ampere marks Earth Day with some playtesting of a new, powerful product – our renewable energy kit, available soon!In addition to being some of the first to see and build these solar-powered kits, designed for people 11 years and older, attendees of Amped for Earth will engage in hands-on activities and explore sustainable energy while learning about the planet.Register today to secure a kit to take home – a $150 value – as supplies are limited. Maximum of one kit per family.<h3> Important Information: </h3><ul><li>This workshop is for families of youth aged 11+</li><li>This event runs from 10am-2pm</li><li>Families are welcome, but this is not a drop off event.
