For that reason we are taking all the necessary safety measures in compliance with the national health authorities:</p><p>We ask our attendees to follow all safety protocols and to take an active role in preventing the spread of the virus through hygiene precautions such as: </p><ul><li>Disinfecting your hands regularly</li><li>Avoid handshakes and hugs </li><li>Make sure to cough or sneeze into your elbow or tissue (and immediately dispose of the tissue)</li><li>Maintain social distancing whenever possible.</li></ul><p>The event hall is equipped with all necessary safety measures, meeting the government's regulatory standards, such as:</p><ul><li>Numerous antibacterial gels</li><li>Mechanic ventilation system regularly renewing airflow </li><li>Systematic cleaning and disinfection of surfaces and common areas</li></ul><h3><strong>If I have COVID-19 symptoms, can I still come to the event? </strong></h3><p>No. If you are showing any signs of COVID-19 (fever, cough, fatigue, loss of smell) then we ask you to please not attend the event to avoid spreading the virus to others. </p><h3><strong>What are the circumstances under which the event will be cancelled? </strong></h3><p>The event will only be cancelled if ordered by the national authorities who have put in place a national/regional lockdown, closing of cultural venues, or due to any other force-majeure that will deny us the possibility of hosting the event. </p><h3><strong>Can my ticket be refunded?</strong></h3><p><strong>If I’m worried about, or am positive from COVID-19, can I have my ticket refunded? </strong></p><p>If the event will take place, respecting the national health authorities safety protocols, and you cannot attend the event then unfortunately the ticket is non-refundable. </p><p>In the circumstances that the event is cancelled due to a national/regional lockdown, closing of cultural venues, or any other force-majeure that is out beyond the responsibility of the organizers, the attendees will therefore be entitled to a full refund of the tickets.</p><p><strong>For any other reasons </strong></p><p>The same rules apply for any other reason despite being non-related to COVID-19. </p><h3><strong>What do I need to know if I’m traveling from abroad?</strong></h3><p>Remember to check your foreign travel policies, as well as local and national rules beforehand.
