The session will focus on how to manage your anger during Covid-19. It can be difficult to co-exist with family members in these difficult times due to anxiety and the stress related inactivity, job loss etc. This can trigger conflicts and anger. You will learn how to identify onset feelings of anger and how to avoid them. Resources related to Mind-Body-Soul will be shared and how to effectively manage your anger.
