Apt613 Screening Party

Apt613 is a not-for-profit Ottawa arts and culture blog,named  ‘Best Community News Website’ in Canada (COPA 2017). It’s a platform for news, ideas, podcasts and video produced by 100+ volunteers.613Ufurthers our mandate for facilitating community engagement by providing online media resources to cultural groups and citizen journalists with the goal of improving their communication. Following a successful pilot year, we have devoted to expanding613Uand developing the workshop series as a permanent piece of our activities.

Making original video for Apartment613's <A HREF="http://www.youtube.com/apartment613" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">YouTube channel</A> is a good time, but screening short films for friends, supporters and strangers is going to be a lot more fun. On November 30th, we're bringing Apt613 contributors and readers together for a party celebrating the crew behind <A HREF="http://www.apartment613.ca/tv" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">613TV</A>.

You can join us for an entertaining night of new films and videos from the Apt613 filmmaking community. This program includes our best of 2018, fresh episodes, hilarious bloopers, and the premiere of an all-new series.
There's free popcorn for all and the cost of admission includes gourmet bites catered by a local restaurant TBA (hint: it will feature in an upcoming episode of our <A HREF="http://apt613.ca/new-613tv-series-amuse-bouche/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Amuse Bouche</A> food series). All proceeds will fund 613TV productions in 2019.
Resident beatmaker <A HREF="http://apt613.ca/meet-the-beatmaker-behind-613tv/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">fivepee</A> is selecting music and <A HREF="http://apt613.ca/gig-pick-scary-bear-soundtrack-at-screening-party/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Scary Bear Soundtrack</A> is going to rip a set.
