Arbitration Agreements: The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly

This is the sixth session of a series of webinars called “Arbitration Boot Camp”, in which arbitrator <a href="https://www.lerners.ca/arbitration/lisa-munro/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Lisa C. Munro, FCIArb, Q. Arb</a>, shares practical tips on arbitration topics of interest to commercial arbitration and litigation practitioners. A﻿bout LisaLisa C. Munro is a partner at Lerners LLP and a roster arbitrator at Arbitration Place. She is also on the Toronto Commercial Arbitration Society (TCAS), ADR Institute of Canada (ADRIC), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Canada, and Vancouver International Arbitration Centre (VanIAC) rosters of arbitrators. Her work involves acting as a neutral arbitrator in domestic and international commercial arbitration (both ad hoc and under institutional rules). She also provides consulting services for counsel who are engaged in arbitration.
