Artist. Maker. Creative facilitator.Keesha is a writer, mixed-media artist and all-around creative soul. In a past life she designed Afro-Caribbean inspired clothing, with a repertoire of hand-dyed, hand-printed and hand-painted fabrics. Keesha’s current creative pursuits manifest in her personal journals where she plays with watercolour and acrylic paints, stenciling, collage and whatever else she can get her hands on.Keesha uses art journaling as a meditative practice and a catalyst for creativity. She holds private and public workshops to share her practice with others.

Have you heard about art journaling? Come and find out what the fuss is all about. The Art-Bound workshop is an introduction and exploration of art journaling. We will use a variety of prompts, personal writing and mixed media techniques to (re)discover your creative side.
This is a hands-on workshop! Be prepared to get your hands messy with paint, glue and other goodies. We will explore different aspects of journaling, including some questions for self-reflection in the privacy of your journal.
What’s included: All art supplies and a mini journal will be provided.
Who should attend? Beginners and experienced art journalers are welcome. Space is limited so register now to save your seat!
