ASC Connect 2017

The ASC is the regulatory agency responsible for administering the province's securities laws. It is entrusted with fostering a fair and efficient capital market in Alberta and with protecting investors. As a member of the Canadian Securities Administrators, the ASC works to improve, coordinate and harmonize the regulation of Canada's capital markets.

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

What's the refund policy?
A full refund will be issued up to 7 days prior to the event date.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
If you are unable to attend you may transfer your ticket to another attendee. Please email <A HREF="mailto:ascconnect@asc.ca" TARGET="_blank" TITLE="ascconnect@asc.ca" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">ascconnect@asc.ca</A> to cancel your registration and re-register the new guest. 
Is there a student rate?
Students can register for only $50! Currently enrolled students with a valid student ID can save $125 by applying the discount code STUDENT at checkout.
 
Venue
How do I access the event space?
The Hudson entrance is accessible from Stephen Avenue, directly opposite the Palace Theatre and next to The Guild restaraunt. 
There is +15 accessibility until you reach The Bay, you will then have to exit onto Stephen Avenue to access The Hudson entrance.
Where should I park?
Recommended parking is at Banker’s Hall underground facility (entrance off 9th Avenue SW). 
Regular rates in effect from Monday to Friday. Daily Maximum: $45.00 One hour: $12.00 
Other nearby parking options include Palliser Square and the Bow Parkade (former Bay Parkade). 
Will meals be provided?
Yes. A continental breakfast, plated lunch and snacks will be offered throughout the day. Light refreshments will be served during the cocktail reception. 
What if I have any dietary restrictions or allergies?
Please indicate any dietary restrictions or food allergies when you fill out your registration form, all requests will be recorded and sent to the venue ahead of the event.

Where can I find a copy of the event agenda?
A copy of the ASC Connect agenda can be found <A HREF="http://www.albertasecurities.com/news-and-publications/Documents/2017-agenda.pdf" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">here</A>. The agenda will continue to be updated with additional details as the event nears and registered attendees will be emailed a final copy prior to the event. Electronic copies of event materials will be made available to registered attendees after the event.
