You're Invited to a Virtual Information Session for the Ascension Land Use Amendment!

A﻿scension Land Use AmendmentThe draft land use amendment application was submitted to Rocky View County in Fall 2022 and was circulated to stakeholder groups and neighbours in December 2022-January 2023. We received a lot of valuable feedback and since that time have reviewed the letters and comments and have been refining the application and technical studies in response to feedback received. Further refinements to the project are to be expected as the application process continues. We acknowledge that this is a complex project in an established community and our project team wants to ensure that the future Ascension development thoughtfully integrates onto and enhances the Bearspaw community. A Virtual Information Session will be held on Tuesday September 12, 2023 from 6:00PM - 7:30PM MST. The purpose of the event is to share information about the project, the status of the project process, and to answer any outstanding questions from the community. To attend the event, EventBrite registration is required.
