Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately, this location is not wheelchair accessible. There are stairs that lead to The Loft. Please reach out before registering if you have any accessibility questions or concerns.

Do I need any previous experience with values work?

Not at all. We’ll briefly explore the difference between core and aspiring values, so the workshop is suitable for both beginners and those who have done values work before.

What should I bring?

Please bring anything you need to feel comfortable. A pen and a small journal may be helpful. All workshop materials will be provided.

What should I expect during the workshop?

The workshop will include grounding practices, guided reflection, personal exercises, and optional group discussion in a supportive environment.

Will I be expected to share with the group?

Sharing is always optional. You are welcome to participate in a way that feels comfortable and supportive for you.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are refundable up to 24 hours in advance (less processing fees). Tickets are non-refundable 24 hours prior to the event, but may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend. Please contact The Becoming Co. before the event should you need to transfer your ticket.
