Learn how to confidently express your thoughts and feelings at our Assertiveness workshop, led by presenters from CAMH.

AssertivenessThis one-hour session, presented by <a href="https://www.camh.ca/" title="https://www.camh.ca/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">CAMH</a>, supports individuals in unpacking what assertiveness is and how to differentiate from passive and aggressive ways of interacting. We will also look at tips, tricks, and tools to help you communicate and interact more effectively in your everyday life.This program will be taking place in the eLearning Lab on the 2nd floor of North York Central Library.Registration on Eventbrite is encouraged. Drop-ins are welcome, space permitting.This program is hosted by the Business, Science and Technology department.Toronto Public Library is committed to accessibility.
