Through guided reflection you’ll clarify what energises you and what you do best - key ingredients of confidence.· Challenge unhelpful self‑talk. We’ll introduce cognitive reframing tools to help you spot and change limiting beliefs and negative inner narratives.· Create small, meaningful actions. Building confidence is a process of taking purposeful steps. We’ll help you set realistic stretch goals and celebrate small wins.· Envision your future self. A short visualization exercise will help you imagine how it feels to show up with grounded confidence.
