If you choose to no longer attend or leave the event early there are no refunds or credits of any kind. All registrations are final. If you do choose to cancel, please give as much notice as possible. You are welc

Do I have to do all the exercises?

Everything I offer is an invitation. You are encouraged to find, and express your boundaries. This includes modifying exercises to meet your own needs at every moment.

Can I come if I am sick?

If you feel really sick, or have any suspicions that you might be infectious, please stay at home and let me know if you are no longer attending.
