Together, we’ll move through guided connection games, shared laughter, and free-flowing dance to drop out of our heads and into our bodies. Whether we’re engaging in honest conversation or sharing a moment of spontaneous movement, this space is all about celebrating human connection without the pressure of small talk.

No prior experience with movement or facilitation is needed, just bring comfortable clothes you can move in, your curiosity, and an open heart. You’ll leave with a full heart, a refreshed spirit, and a true sense of being with your people!
