In a world where we can sometimes feel alone or lonely, so many of us are craving real human connection. If you’ve been missing community or longing for a space to step out of your head and into your body, you belong here.

About the Event Authentic Connections is a warm, intentional gathering designed to help you bridge the gap from feeling isolated to feeling deeply seen, heard, and supported.

We create a gentle, welcoming space where you can take off the everyday "mask," let down your walls, and simply show up as you are.

What We’ll Be Doing:

• Rotational Relational Practices: Throughout the evening, you'll rotate through simple, guided exercises with different partners. (Think meaningful presence, shared reflection, and genuine dialogue, definitely not speed dating!)
• Joyful Free Movement: Unscripted dance to shake off tension, drop out of your mind, and reconnect with the simple joy of moving your body without judgment.
• Nurturing Touch & Boundaries: Practices may include invitations for platonic hugs, gentle massage, and being held. Everything is strictly an invitation, there is zero pressure to participate in anything that doesn't feel right. You will have space to practice honoring your boundaries, saying a clear "no," and discovering your full "hell yes."
• A Heart-Open Space: An invitation to drop the pressure to perform and experience what happens when you share real presence with people who get it.

No experience necessary. You don't need to bring a partner or show up with high energy, or be perfect, walk in as you are, and leave feeling part of a real community.

• Where: Inglewood, Calgary (Full address sent upon registration)
• Investment: $55
• What to Bring: Comfortable clothes to move in and a water bottle.
• Scent-Aware & Fresh Space: Since we will be in close proximity with one another, please arrive clean and fresh, and refrain from wearing strong scents such as perfume, aftershave, essential oils, or cigarette smoke.
