Join us for an evening of Authentic Relating — a warm, interactive workshop where you’ll practice honest, present-centered communication through simple paired exercises, guided check-ins, and gentle vulnerability prompts. No experience needed: you’ll learn practical tools for deeper listening, clearer boundaries, and more meaningful connections in a supportive, consent-focused space. Come ready to be curious, feel seen, and leave with fresh insights and new ways to relate.When:Thursday July 23rdSchedule: Arrivals: 7-7:15PM Workshop: 7:15-8:45PM Social time 8:45-9:00PMWhere : Britannia Beach You will find us near the end of the grassy point behind the community center. Not at the main beach, but close to the small rocky beach further out to the west of the main beach.This is a weather dependent event. Please be sure to check this event page the day of the event in case we need to postpone due to weather.If we reschedule because of the weather it will be the next day which is Friday July 24th.$5-10 sliding scale.Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to sit on.About your hosts: Chana: Chana is someone who leads with heart. She’s deeply passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and safe to be their full selves. Chana is also a free spirit, artist and lover of life. She believes that love is the highest vibration and feels like it can heal the world. She has been hosting an array of events over the past 6 years. Some of those are ecstatic dances, deep connecting workshops, platonic touch workshops and women's circles. For the past 6 years she has been doing outreach work with the homeless population. She is passionate about supporting those who are dealing with mental health struggles, addictions and homelessness.Tamara:
