This event is open to adults of all genders, whether you come solo or with a partner. (No partner is required).

What happens if I cancel, don’t show up, arrive late, or leave early?

All registrations are final, and there are no refunds or credits if you cancel, arrive late, don’t attend, or choose to leave early. If you can no longer make it, you're welcome to sell or gift your ticket to someone else, just let me know their name and contact info ahead of time.

Can I attend if I feel sick?

If you're feeling unwell or have any reason to believe you might be contagious, please stay home and take care of yourself. Kindly let me know if you won’t be attending.

W﻿hat is the refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. Just share their name and contact information with me in advance.

Do I have to do all the exercises?

No, everything I offer is an invitation. You are encouraged to find, and express your boundaries. This includes modifying exercises to meet your own needs at every moment.
