If you choose to no longer attend or leave the event early there are no refunds or credits of any kind. All registrations are final. If you do choose to cancel, please give as much notice as possible. You are welc

Everything I offer is an invitation. You are encouraged to find, and express your boundaries. This includes modifying exercises to meet your own needs at every moment.

To care for everyone’s wellbeing, please stay home if you are feeling unwell and might be contagious. If you are no longer able to attend, kindly let me know.
